Music at Beaver Lake

Music can be used to praise God, to put us in a frame of mind ready to participate in worship or to build us up for mission.

Music at BLLC encompasses the wide variety of expression available to worshippers, from old standard hymns of the faith to new and modern classics. We also sing spirituals and camp songs. Whatever the music, we sing and play enthusiastically!

Senior Choir

The Senior Choir sings for several worship services each month and also prepares special music for the Advent and Easter seasons. It welcomes singers from ninth grade to adult. The Senior Choir rehearses every Wednesday evening from September to May.

Chancel Bells

We are blessed to have both a 4-octave set of hand bells, a set of tone chimes and a dedicated group of ringers. We have had ringers as young as ten and as old as (well, they wouldn't like it if I said). The ringers play for worship services approximately monthly. Chancel Bells rehearses every Wednesday evening from September to May.

SonShine Band

The SonShine Band provides music leadership for an up-tempo, contemporary worship service each week on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. and 10:30 during the summer. It welcomes singers and instrumentalists from Confirmation age to adult. The SonShine Band rehearses every Tuesday evening.

Bell Choir

The Bell Choir provides music on a regular basis at Beaver Lake!
